MTPT, funded coaching and workshops for colleagues on parental leave.
OneCornwall are pleased to be working with the Maternity Teacher, Paternity Teacher project to provide free access to their Parental Leave group coaching programme and return to work, workshops.
Cornwall's teachers and leaders on parental leave can take advantage of a fully-funded place on the Spring & Summer cohorts of The MTPT Project Parental Leave group coaching programme thanks to OneCornwall TSH Partnership and 'Return to work, workshops'
Parental Leave group coaching
In three monthly sessions, you'll explore the key themes of identity and change, and set powerful goals so that you can do parental leave your way. The programme takes place online in small groups of 8-15 participants, and explores themes of change, identity, confidence and plans for the future.

This 90 minute virtual workshop will inform you of your legal entitlements and the best practice you can expect from your school, as well as a powerful space to set boundaries and get your emotional and logistical ducks in a row before you go back.

Life Friendly Leadership - online programme
Retain more experienced teachers and improve school cultures with The MTPT Project's Life Friendly Leadership programme.
We are able to fund 5 places per MAT on this national programme (online programme with self study) led by Emma Shepherd of the Maternity Teacher, Paternity Teacher project. The programme is suitable for school leaders and HR colleagues.
