An Introduction to National Professional Qualifications (NPQs)
OneCornwall is delighted to be working in partnership with SWIFT Teaching School Hubs, Teach First and the National Institute of Teaching to make available to your school the full suite of reformed National Professional Qualifications (NPQs).
Our NPQ Programmes
NPQs are a national, voluntary suite of qualifications, designed to support the professional development of teachers and school leaders. A reformed suite of NPQ's are now available. The reformed NPQs are informed by best available research and evidence.
The application window for NPQ programmes opens on Tuesday 23 June 2026 for programmes starting in the Autumn 2026 term. Please complete the expression of interest form and we will contact you with full application information as soon as the window opens.
