Conferences

Further information:

This year's theme, Navigating Change from Me to We, brings together school leaders from across Cornwall's primary, secondary and post-16 sectors to explore one of the most significant challenges facing education today: how we move from individual action to collective responsibility as we navigate change across our education system.

Together, we will explore three interconnected themes:

  • Changing Leadership
  • Changing Curriculum

Framed within the wider national context, including the Department for Education's Mission Coastal work, the conference will connect local practice with system-wide priorities, creating opportunities to reflect, collaborate and shape the future of education across Cornwall.

The day will include:

We are asking all delegates to come ready to contribute to two key questions:

  1. How do we move from individual good intentions to aligned practice across Cornwall's education system?
  2. How must leadership, curriculum and system design change to improve outcomes together rather than in isolation?
